We recommend measuring your foot in millimeters and consulting our detailed Size Guide. Our shoes are designed for a performance fit, so if you prefer more room or wear thicker socks, consider sizing up.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 28-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure cleats have not been mounted, as we cannot accept returns on shoes with mounting marks.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the UK and EU, while international shipping to the US and Rest of World typically takes 5-10 business days.
Are QUOC shoes compatible with all pedal systems?
Our road-specific models are compatible with 3-bolt systems (like Look and Shimano SPD-SL), while our gravel and MTB models are designed for 2-bolt SPD systems.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all QUOC products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear or damage from crashes.
How should I clean and maintain my cycling shoes?
To maintain longevity, wipe down with a damp cloth after rides and allow them to dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators, which can damage the materials.
