We want you to be fully satisfied with your QUOC gear, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures you get back on the road or trail as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original branded box and pack them securely inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to QUOC

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
